Hollywood – Though reports have indicated that Paris Hilton cancelled her planned trip to Rwanda due to a “restructuring” at non-profit Playing for Good, We have learned that the real reason is she was banned from entering the country by the Rwandan government. “Our people are already suffering so much from HIV that the last thing we need is a someone like Paris bringing in new, exotic STDs,” said Rwandan health minister Dr. Jean Damascene.
Hilton said in early October that she was going to Rwanda to change her life and draw attention to problems in the poor country. In addition, there were rumors she would help Playing for Good sell a reality show. But the group is now telling reporters that the trip has been delayed as it is in the midst of a “restructuring.”
However, insiders, tell Dateline Hollywood that the “restructuring” is taking place because the group spent millions to prepare for Hilton’s trip before its leaders found out the celebutante and Internet sex video star wouldn’t be allowed into Rwanda.
“It’s embarrassing that nobody here thought to ask whether a walking petri dish of venereal diseases like Ms. Hilton would be allowed into a foreign country that already has so many health problems,” said an inside source at Playing for Good.
The decision was apparently not a difficult one for Rwanda, as the country’s health ministry already has Hilton on its “banned celebrity sluts” list, along with Pamela Anderson, Rick Salomon, Brody Jenner, Condoleezza Rice, and Britney Spears.
“In assessing this risk, I myself have watched Ms. Hilton’s Internet videos 112 times in the past month alone,” said Dr. Damascene. “It is my professional opinion that she poses a serious health risk to our nation’s people as she likely suffers from gonorrhea, chlamydia, crabs, herpes, scabies, and a loose cooch that’s in desperate need of reconstructive surgery.”
