It wasn’t just she wasn’t singing, but the Disney sent the fake Hannah Montana on stage, even the blind people can tell that’s not Miley Cyrus.
I can’t really tell what was happening but i guess the fake Hannah was sent out to give Miley a little more time of changing the costume. but they should have use better person that what i see on the stage. i guess that means she wasn’t singing the whole time on stage.
